Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Exchanges: We offer free exchanges if you have sizing issues.
• Custom Orders: Because Made to Measure and Bespoke jackets are crafted specifically for your measurements, they are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Lost or Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or store credit once verified with the courier.
