Return Window

You can return or exchange an eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange and update you by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few more days to show in your account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size or a different product. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. Exchanges are processed once the original item reaches us and passes inspection.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible, the jacket must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, with its tags and packing. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning or exchanging an item.

Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you, and we cannot resell them. For this reason, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Before we dispatch a custom order, we send you photos of the finished jacket so you can check the design, material and stitching. If the jacket does not fit as expected when it arrives, we offer the first alteration free of charge.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or accept the return and give you a full refund.

Color and Texture

Screens and lighting vary, so the color or texture of the final jacket may differ slightly from the photos. Exchanges are not available for this reason.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 2 days of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
